How talent development becomes possible internationally

As part of its talent development strategy, an international company conducted a global development program for selected top talents. In addition to group events lasting several days, the participants received additional individual development opportunities.

Challenge

As part of its talent development strategy, an international company conducted a global development program for selected top talents. In addition to group events lasting several days, the participants were to receive additional individual development opportunities.

Approach

Two central offers were developed for the participants of the Top Talent program, which they could access via our coaching platform:

All participants received a quota of eight hours of personal coaching that could be used individually (as sparring, for personal development and/or preparation for a new leadership role).

In addition, participants received access to digital self-coaching in the form of e-learnings for personal development - including topics such as preparing for a new leadership position, agility and collaboration.

The offerings were integrated into our cloud-based coaching platform My Leadership World and were available to participants at any time and from any location.

Result

By using our coaching platform, we were able to give the participants access to the personal development offerings at any time, regardless of location and time. At the same time, the customer had central control and transparency over the progress of the program. By leveraging our global coach pool, we were able to provide talent in each region with a local coach.
