Alexa Schomburg

Since 2007, Alexa Schomburg has been working as a consultant/facilitator for large and mid-size companies undergoing complex change and transformation processes. Before, she was engaged with a leading IT-company as project manager and head of a trainer team for more than 10 years.

Based on her systemic understanding of organizations she is convinced that strategy, structure and culture must be concerted for a successful and sustainable corporate development. Having an analytical view for inter correlations as well as an intuition for human and system behaviour she provides ideas, interventions and change architectures for activating and enabling changes. Therefore, her expertise in digital processes and artificial intelligence is a very valuable asset.

The trained banking professional holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom). She has several qualifications as systemic organizational consultant and coach. Since 2018 Alexa Schomburg has been with fgi.
