Claudia Hammer-Hewstone is a graduate psychologist (Diplom-Psychologin) and expert in working with international teams. She lives in Great Britain where she represents fgi and works primarily on international topics in both German and English.

She invests her immense energy and experience in the development of talents in global and multicultural contexts. Claudia Hammer-Hewstone designs talent management programs in which she incorporates her important personal assets: Her inter-cultural background, her creativity, and her unwavering faith in the development potential of each individual.
