Gabriele Schallenmüller has been working for many years on the implementation of the results of neuroscience in consulting and coaching. She designs brain-friendly development processes for individuals, teams and organizations. When accompanying change processes, she pays particular attention to ensuring that they are designed in such a way that behavioral changes and changes in cultural patterns can really take place - future viability instead of pseudo-change. Having worked for many years as a study leader in market and social research and as a manager of organizational development in various companies, she is familiar with the corporate world from the inside.
