Robert is a leader in digital design and strategy with over two decades of professional experience. His focus as a consultant, coach and facilitator is on creativity, innovation and modern leadership. He applies design-driven problem solving, leads teams to success and guides organizations to their digital future.

Robert studied design and visual communication, worked in leading European design agencies and was part of the leadership team of an international design studio for 8 years. He knows agile methods not only in theory but from years of hands-on working with multidisciplinary teams using agile methods. He applies insights from systemic theory and the agile mindset and promotes exploration and innovation, self-reflection and continuous learning.
